Lisa Hill

Hill is an artist, educator, and graphic/interactive designer. She is an Associate Professor in the Graphic Design Program at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) and has also taught at Johns Hopkins University and the Corcoran College of Art + Design. At NOVA, she teaches print and interactive design, and illustration.

Hill’s fine art is represented nationally in many private collections and has been part of numerous museum and gallery shows and invitationals. Commissions and exhibitions have taken place at the Everhart Museum, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Inova Schar Cancer Institute, ArtPrize, St. Johns College Mitchell Gallery, Corcoran Hemicycle Gallery, Adkins Arboretum, and Pyramid Atlantic, among others. She was awarded an honorary grant from the Arts Council of Montgomery County, Maryland. She received her B.A. in Fine Arts/Graphic Design from the University of Florida and her M.F.A. in Studio Art from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA).
